My path to wellness wasn't something I chose. It chose me after a near-fatal car accident and the discovery of a brain tumor. What followed was an intense, humbling season of rehabilitating, deep inner work, and ultimately, rebirth.
I went from helping others heal with a background in nursing, providing postpartum support to learning how to breathe, move, and trust my body all over again. Surrendering in ways I never imagined cracked me open and taught me what textbooks never could: that true wellness starts within. The healing following the successful removal of the tumor reshaped my entire understanding of wellness.
Today, my work in holistic wellness is rooted in lived experience. I don't just understand the science- I've felt the ache of starting over, the fear of uncertainty, and the quiet courage it takes to keep choosing yourself. This is why I create space for others to reclaim their balance-physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Whether I'm guiding someone through childbirth, grounding postpartum recovery, or stress resilience, I meet you where you are; with compassion, honesty, and tools to help you reconnect to your own healing wisdom. Every offering is shaped by one belief: healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and supported.
When I'm not working with clients, you can find me with my family, in the garden, traveling abroad, running 5 and 10K obstacle runs, journaling with my favorite candle, or laughing with my dog who insists she's part of every meditation and dance session.

The nights after birth are sacred and often they’re the most demanding. While your baby is adjusting to life outside the womb, you are healing physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The value of overnight postpartum support can't be overstated.
At night, when exhaustion peaks and vulnerability sets in, having a trusted support person by your side, on your team makes all the difference. In no way does this take away from your partner, family or friends. See this as an added team member to your support system. Overnight postpartum support isn’t a luxury-it’s a lifeline. I provide hands on care to help you reclaim rest, establish breastfeeding rhythms, and gently guide your baby toward healthy sleep habits.

A study published in Sleep Health (2020) found that fragmented sleep in the first 6 weeks postpartum is significantly associated with depressive symptoms by 3 months postpartum. Sleep disturbances are a significant predictor of postpartum depression and anxiety. In fact, women who sleep fewer than 4 hours at a stretch during the first weeks postpartum are significantly at a higher risk for depressive symptoms. (Okun et al., 2011).

The newborn phase is the ideal window to lay the foundation for healthy sleep without harsh methods. Through responsive care, soothing routines, and day/night rhythm support, I help you ease your baby into a predictable flow that respects the developmental stage.
Sleep Training Support When You’re Ready.
When it’s time (typically after 4-6 months), I offer guidance on developmentally appropriate sleep training methods whether you prefer gradual approaches, gentle fading, or more structured plans. At times, a baby can show cues for longer sleep stretches. If developmentally ready, a plan can be developed. I support you in choosing a strategy that aligns with your parenting values and your baby’s needs, without shame or pressure.
